By visiting the site or submitting our form, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a contract. If you submit a property, you confirm that you own it or that you are authorized to discuss selling it on behalf of whoever does.

Everything on this site is general information. Nothing here is a binding offer to buy any property, an appraisal, or a promise of any particular price or timeline. Any actual offer we make is delivered separately in writing, and a purchase becomes binding only through a written purchase agreement signed by both parties.

Figures on this site describe how we normally operate. Individual transactions vary with the property, the title, and matters outside our control.

We are a private buyer of land, not your attorney, accountant, or advisor. Nothing on this site is legal, tax, or financial advice, and reading it creates no professional relationship. We encourage you to review any agreement with your own attorney, your accountant, or your family before you sign it.

We buy property for our own account. We are not acting as your real estate agent or broker, we do not represent you in a transaction, and we owe you no fiduciary duty. Because we buy at a price that lets us resell or improve the land, our offer may be below what a listed sale could bring. You are free to list the property with an agent, seek other offers, or decline ours.

When you send us information about a property, you confirm it is accurate to the best of your knowledge. We rely on it to prepare an offer, so material errors or omissions may cause an offer to be revised or withdrawn. How we handle your personal information is described in our privacy policy.

If you give us your phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your property by phone, text message, or email. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or tell us at any time to stop contacting you.

Please use the site only for legitimate inquiries about selling land. Do not submit false information or someone else's details without permission, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the site, scrape or copy it by automated means, or use it for anything unlawful.

The content, layout, graphics, and name on this site belong to Collective Land and are protected by law. You may read and share pages for your own use. You may not copy, republish, or use them commercially without our written permission.

We link to independent sources so you can check what we tell you, and we rely on outside providers such as closing attorneys, title companies, and hosting and email services. We do not control those parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or conduct.

The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free, or that every figure on it is complete or current.

To the maximum extent the law allows, Collective Land is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost opportunity, arising out of your use of this site. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to one hundred dollars. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

You agree to hold Collective Land harmless from claims and costs arising out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or information you submit that you were not authorized to share.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you agree to that venue.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we do not enforce a provision right away, we have not waived it.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here with the date it took effect. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
